This Tennessee based attorney wanted a site that educates clients and their families on the rapidly growing field of Elder Law and the constantly changing legislation that affects older persons.

He also wanted to explain that his services extend beyond wills and trusts. With his Life Care Planning approach, he helps clients with elder needs ranging from quality of life counseling to conservatorships.

We determined that the visitors to his site would include family members as well as elders looking for assistance with complex issues. Our goal was to offer enough information to be a valuable stand alone resource while encouraging potential elder clients and their families to schedule personal consultations.
